Please note:
Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

If you do not use the full amount of your gift certificate at the time of your visit, the remaining value will be placed on your account with Embrace Metta Thai Massage.

No cash is issued for any remaining amount.

Gift Certificates & Receipts:
When using a gift certificate as payment for a massage, I am unable to provide a receipt for insurance. An insurance receipt can be issued, however, for any amount owing above and beyond the gift certificate amount.
