MISSED APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS

I value my clients’ time and I ask that you value mine as well.  I understand that it is sometimes necessary to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, so I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.  Someone else might like to have the time you can no longer fill, and they will need enough advance notice to prepare to be here.

If I do not receive 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full rate of service.  I am committed to keeping my appointments with you and thank you for your commitment to me. Messages can be left at 416-823-1484.

In case of emergencies and illness, exceptions to the policy can be made at the discretion of Embrace Metta Thai Massage.

LATE ARRIVALS

It is advised that you be punctual for your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, I will use the remainder of your appointment time to its best advantage. However, please note that the session will end at the scheduled time and the full cost of the session is expected.

SICKNESS POLICY

Embrace Metta Thai Massage understands that both practitioners and clients are vulnerable to infections.  Therefore, in order to protect the health of both clients and practitioner, I would ask that clients cancel appointments when they are feeling unwell. In the event that I am unwell, I will do my best to notify you in a timely manner to reschedule your appointment.

ENVIRONMENT

The focus of my service is your health and well-being. Soothing music and a warm, inviting treatment room create a safe, tranquil healing environment to nurture your mind and body.

In order to maintain this zen-like atmosphere, I ask that all cell phones and pda’s remain turned off for the duration of your stay.
