Traditional Thai Massage, also known as Thai Yoga Massage, is an ancient healing therapy that originated in Thailand over 2,500 years ago. Thai Massage is one of the main elements of traditional Thai medicine and draws influence from Tui Na Chinese massage, Shiatsu Japanese massage and Ayurvedic Indian massage. 

Thai Massage helps to re-balance the natural energies of the body through the combination of deep yoga stretching, acupressure and energy work.
